This coffee comes to us via a direct relationship with Lions Gate Farm. This farm adheres to strict estate standards meaning every bean comes from the same property; hand-picked, processed, and milled on site. The Extra Fancy grade is the top classification for Kona Coffee, indicating large, uniformly sized, defect free beans- a hallmark of premium quality. We take this coffee to a light-medium roast to let the beans’ natural nuances shine.
