Both have a mild surfactants and can be use without rising afterwards. Our waterproof formula like it's name suggests can gently remove waterproof makeup such as mascara and eyeliner. Scent: None. Notes: None. Weight: 6 oz Directions: Soak a cotton pad and wipe over face. Repeat until cotton pad comes away clean. Note: This is a no rinse formula, however you are more than welcome to follow up with your favorite skin care routine.
