Kids: “We want McD’s” Mama: “You got McD’s money?” From the cross country road trips to up the street and around the corner, this fast food chain has mastered the art of capturing kids’ attention worldwide. Pulling into the drive thru of those Golden Arches meant we were going to be treated with one of my favs- chicken nuggets, fries, and a shake. Even though Chocolate was my favorite back then, it wasn’t until recently that I gained an appreciation for the creamy vanilla shake that seems to have disappeared due to machine malfunctions.
