Wegienka Elementary PTO  December Dine-Out Fundraiser Pre-Order Deadline : 11/19/25 to 12/3/25 Pickup at School ONLY this year! Wednesday, December 17th & Thursday, December 18th, 2025 During school hours only. $5 per box will be donated back to "Wegienka Elementary PTO" "Design Your Own" Cookie Kit  ONLY ITEM ELIGIBLE TOWARD FUNDRAISER.   AVAILABLE in a variety of themes this year not just Christmas!   Important Note: All questions should be direct to the bakery about any product concerns.   The kits include the following:  12 freshly baked, undecorated sugar cookie cutouts in the theme you select, 4 bags of royal icing, assorted sprinkles & instruction sheet.  **(Note that cookies, sprinkles and colors will vary from photo provided on site). Cookie kits make great gifts!  Ideal to send as a care package, birthday gifts, get well and thank you gifts. Made to order in our fully licensed commercial kitchen.
