Famous Teas of China, Tea Tasting Package

This session was held at the Voss Inn Bed and Breakfast on January 23, 2012. We reviewed the long history of tea in China starting with the discovery myths, the Chajing writen by Lu Yu in 752 during the Tang Dynasty, and the evolution of tea through the Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Obviously, there is so much information to be covered on this subject we were only able to touch on many topics, but we did review the tea horse road and we tasted teas in each of the major categories.
