Details: This unique woven fabric would make an excellent top, dress or skirt.  Condition: Excellent Deadstock. It does have one area near the selvedge with some stains from the warehouse. See last photo. The rest is in excellent condition. There is no surefire way for us to determine care instructions on secondhand and deadstock items.  Most of our fabrics are destash donations or deadstock from other businesses. We check each and every fabric for flaws and do our best to note if a fabric is as-is. Despite our best efforts, we are all still human, so fabrics may have very minor imperfections from age. There is also always an amount of risk associated with secondhand fabrics since sometimes flaws don't appear until the fabric
