A young wine produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested at the peak of ripeness. Combining both nuances of fresh forest berries with a hint of fresh herbs, this rich, soft and delicate wine is ready for immediate drinking. Pair with red meat or seasoned spring chicken. This deep and intensely colored wine is produced from the initial free-run juice. The wine exhibits elegant aromas of plum, raspberry, cassis and blackberries, along with subtle flavors of mocha, vanilla and honey, resulting from 12 months in both American and French oak barrels. The finished texture is velvety.
