SD Spoke Wrench
We've wanted to do a spoke wrench for a long time. The boss man was a bit of a wheel guy when he still worked in shops, don't ask us why it took so long. Spoke wrenches are a highly personal tools. Most people learn to true and build wheels with the same old tool and some stay with it for life, while others realize there's improvements that make their fingers happier at the end of a day of twisting nipples. We chose to make our wrench about as big as you can while still fitting in between high spoke count wheels. We also put a rib around the ears to help give your fingers a place to rest and cut down on need to squeeze in addition to twisting. While the pretty bit is machined from a solid block of aluminum we weren't quite happy with the durability of that for the tool interface, so we added a hardened steel insert to handle the real work.
