Geography Kit 1: Land and Water Forms Lesson Intentions: Ability to identify and name the 10 main land and water forms; learn the definitions of the 10 main land and water forms; refine visual acuity and fine motor skills; develop cutting skills; language development; manipulate clay to make a land and water form model; and to start to develop beginning research skills. Materials included in lesson kit: A set of laminated 2 part land and water form cards with definitions; an illustrated lesson plan in an organized folder; a pair of scissors; 10 pieces of 4 x 4 green paper; 10 pieces of 4 x 4 blue paper; 11 pieces of 8 ½ x 11 white paper; a container of blue Play-Doh (or 1 container with both blue and green as we alternate companies because of availability); a container of green Play-Doh; 10 toothpicks; a glue stick; and two copies of a land and water form report template. Group Kit Option: A group kit covers supplies for 2, 3, or 4 children and includes the following extra supplies for
