Nature Trail Kit This Nature trail kit and journal is designed to build your student/child’s love of nature and to create memorable experiences as they explore new trails and terrain. A child’s involvement with nature directly affects their EQ (emotional intelligence). Materials included: 26 page bound (bindings vary in color) nature journal with 18 days of activities, a trail tracker, a gratitude chart, crayons, paints, painting brush, 3 paper cups, paper plate, contact paper, scissors, twine, yarn or ribbon (colors vary in kits), four 8 ½  x 8 ½  sheets of paper, and a mini magnifying glass. Materials you will need: small shovel, water, and items to find in nature. Notes to parents: You will need to teach your student/child how to identify dangerous plants such as poison ivy, oak, and sumac.
