Bali Blue Moon- This is one of our most cherished and unique specialty coffee beans, and also one of the strongest!  Grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Agung in the Kintamani Highlands on the Island of Bali Indonesia, these rare beans actually have a slightly blue color before they are roasted! This coffee is grown at an incredible 4,000- 5,200ft, in between rows of oranges and tangerines trees, which many people believe is why they seem to pick up a touch more sweetness and acidity than most Indonesian varieties. The shade from these trees, combined with the altitude they are grown at results in a denser, slower maturing bean. Higher density beans develop more flavor, are of higher quality and are generally better tasting
