Organic Elderberry Pomace

After our first press of our organic elderberries, what remains is nutrient dense, mineral rich pomace. Pomace has been used overtime in teas, scones, granola, tinctures, compotes, muffins and so much more. Recipe book coming soon! But in the mean time feel free to experiment or make your own tea conditions for this fall and winter season. Our pomace is dehydrated for safe storage and shipping. We advise you keep in a cool dark place and suggested storage length is 2 years.
