There are two supports that slide out from under the top to support the leaves. The leaves hook on to brass supports and can be easily removed. The legs and leaves are easily detached for easy flat-pack storage or transport. Designed by the visionary Børge Mogensen in 1950 this gorgeous table is a fine example of early Danish Modern design and craftsmanship which would soon after take the world by storm launching a design aesthetic that is still as popular now as it was in the 1960's.
