Piet Hein Sculptural Walnut Dresser by Daniel Jones Inc. NYCIn my time collecting MCM pieces, I have only seen two of these dressers/credenzas from this Daniel Jones series come available and this is the only one I have ever seen of this scale. The piece is finished in walnut with to die for sculptural legs. The piece is complemented by brass pulls and detail pieces. The cabinet has a gorgeous solid walnut legs and the shell of the cabinet is finished with a dark walnut veneer. The cabinet shows normal age for it's 50+ years of life. There are a few areas of discoloration that aren't readily noticeable, the brass details show some tarnish, etc. Also, there appear to be two wooden support legs added to the backside of the cabinet that aren't visible from most angles. I believe they can be removed if desired but I felt that leaving them would be best for shipping. In spite of character marks the piece is in pretty good condition for it's age and is a 7 or 7.5 out of 10. The lines on this
