While technically simple effects are still included, the sleight of hand taught—with both playing cards and assorted items—is of a bolder nature, requiring greater confidence and control on the part of the student. Principles of timing and tempo will be stressed, as well as more advanced pacing/scripting used to clarify and amplify effects as they are presented. The classes will combine instructor presentation, group practice sessions, and, in the final classes, individual performance and review. In these classes, students learn classics of card magic, coin magic, and mentalism performed by professional magicians around the world toda
