This is a finely painted watercolor portrait miniature of "Aunt Pauline Wiler", NY 1885 - 1895. The figure is soft in features with wonderful expression. The portrait is signed C. Albert Browne. The artist was born in London in 1864 and died in LA in 1946. The miniature is in in its original velvet case. Condition is excellent.
