Walter Norfolk, American Landscape with Horse & Cart Early 20th C.

A fine American impressionist image, oil on canvas, depicting a horse and cart traveling down a country dirt road in a pastural landscape.  In the distance, at the center of the canvas is a small village from which the horse and rider have travelled.  The season appears to be fall as there are earthy tones which indicate the time of the year.  It is signed lower left Walter Norfolk.
