This limited edition dark maple cream is made with extra dark maple syrup, so the maple flavor really stands out.  Maple cream is 100% maple syrup, nothing added, just boiled down further and whipped. It's dairy and gluten free, and has the texture of soft fudge or butter.  We use maple cream as a sweetener in tea and coffee, on toast, apples, vanilla ice cream, sweet potatoes, in oatmeal, yogurt, even as a glaze on pork chops or salmon. Check out our recipes for more ideas!
