Come and learn how to take your bread baking to the next level. In this class, participants will learn to use temperature in bulk fermenting. We will also go over using "inclusions" in your bread- think cheeses, chocolate, or fruits. Our Pastry Chef, Dea, will give you loads of ideas to take your basic sourdough to the next level.Each participant will take home a small loaf of sourdough bread.  Thursday, July 10th at 6:00pm, Cost: $55 / person.
