Course wine in order: Appetizer; Trefethen Dry Reisling Salad; J Pinot Gris Dinner; Eshcol Red Meritage Dessert; choice of Liamarca Prosecco Rose (creme brulee) or Ca'Bianca Red Sparkling (chocolate Pot de Creme) You MUST have a dinner ticket purchased also.
