2010s Bishline Patriot Bluegrass Banjo, Walnut, Nickel Hardware - USED

(USED) If you've been playing bluegrass for a little while and want to up your banjo game in a big way, take note of this light weight Bishline Patriot, here on consignment!  Though the presentation is pretty Spartan, the Patriot model offers a TON of bang for the buck, an American-made banjo that delivers great playability and more than satisfying tone in its price range.   The Patriot features a bevel cut, three-ply maple rim and tone hoop that weighs three pounds less than full weight tone ring banjos. This banjo weighs in at 8 lbs., 5 oz. as opposed to the 11.5 lbs. of a Mastertone banjo.  This instrument has a walnut neck and burled walnut resonator, both with a flat oil finish.  The hardware is nickel, and on this example displays a little tarnish on the armrest, but otherwise nice and shiny with minimal pitting.  26 1/4" scale length, flat ebony fingerboard, 1 7/32" bone nut.  Currently set up with a 5/8” bridge and dialed in to 89 on the
