Relax was formulated to help horses and dogs that struggle with anxiety or elevated blood pressure. This formula is for daily use and support, it is not intended for use immediately before competition.   In Traditional Chinese Medicine the Kidneys are connected with the emotion of fear, and the Heart holds the Shen(your Spirit). When the Heart energy is deficient it can lead to heart palpitations or anxiety.
