Very Hot Base: Lemon juice & white vinegar Pepper: Big Mustard Mama Flavor profile: Fiery green flavor with a nice mustard finish. Great for sandwiches, hot dogs, and tacos alike. We brought in a little sweetness from the black garlic and lemon juice to balance the high heat and tang from the mustard. A very unique sauce. Ingredients: Big Mustard Mama peppers, lemon juice, vinegar, water, garlic, black garlic, mustard seed, spices, salt. Since all peppers are different, color and heat level may vary from batch to batch.
