Pumpkin Butter

  My hometown of Morton, IL is the pumpkin capital of the world, so of course I needed a pumpkin butter!  So this one is for all the pumpkin lovers out there.  Smooth and creamy, like pumpkin pie in a jar.  Blend into heavy cream for pumpkin spice cold foam for your iced coffee, or stir into cream cheese for a dip for gingersnaps! . .
