There is an upgraded version of this product now available, the Boffintronics RC Receiver Recorder II. This page will remain active as a reference. Using this board in conjunction with the DIY Controller, a routine can be stored on the receiver’s onboard SD card. The transmitter can then be turned off, allowing the receiver to now operate independently. You can then utilize a variety of sensors to trigger playback. It is based on the ATmega32U4 and is compatible with the Arduino IDE as a Leonardo. The board comes with the current programming version already installed. No need to know how to program as all adjustments to the controllers' parameters are done on an easy to access configuration file that is stored on the SD card. You are able to quickly change servo direction, center and end points as well as add re-trigger delays. If you want to write your own code, the board includes an on-board USB Micro connector and USB to serial (UART) converter, making it easy to program the board
