The RobotDyn IR Receiver Module uses an Everlight IRM-56384 IR receiver to demodulate IR signals and output them digitally. Great for decoding remote controls. This module works with Arduino using the linked library below. You can also hook the module up to a Raspberry Pi to enable remote control support in many applications including OSMC/Kodi. Supply 5V and Ground to the module and hook up the module output to GPIO Pin 18 on the Raspberry Pi. Options to turn on remote support are in the MyOSMC menu in Kodi.
