Gynostemma

Gynostemma has a couple of well-earned nicknames: “Ginseng for a Tea Price” and “Magical Grass" come to mind.  We shouldn’t be at all surprised since Gynostemma has even more saponins than Ginseng.  Saponins are actually adaptogenic compounds that give these powerful herbs their superhero effect.   Gynostemma was discovered when longevity researchers got curious why in Southern China people tend to live over 80?!  Turned out they were regularly drinking Gynostemma tea.  They also found that this tea had a very similar profile of saponins to Ginseng, but at much higher levels!  Making it the highest natural source of saponins in the world. It is easy to consume as well.  You can add it to hot water and it makes a delicious tea. You can blend it into almost any hot or cold beverage or smoothie for a powerful dose of adaptability.
