His timeless mid-century objects were favoritesfavorites of Bauhaus founder Walter Gropius, who displayed several of them on his desk. This incredibly refined and sculptural piece is cast in solid brass and plated in nickel from the original cast and carries the Werkstätte Carl Auböck stamp. Also available in brass. Pieces are in continued production at the family-run Carl Auböck Werkstätte (workshop) in Vienna.   Please note: Auböck pieces are made by hand, each one will differ slightly.
