Grapefruit Rosemary Simple Syrup

This citrusy, bright simple syrup is made from fresh whole grapefruit, rosemary, and raw sugar. Using the whole grapefruit makes this syrup a perfect balance of bitter, tart, and sweet. Wonderful for cocktails, mocktails, soda water, tea, or coffee. Pairs well with vodka, gin and bourbon. Especially delicious in Old Fashioneds, Moscow Mules, and Palomas.
