Fear shows up in our bodies in so many different ways. The chemical response causes all of the physical responses that we experience. Then our minds move to protect us and keep us from harm. It is so primal and common among all creatures and yet we hide from fear. I aim to embrace fear as a driving force. One that can teach me a lot about what it means to be human, to be alive. With this piece, you can learn that fear is simply just a chemical change that occurs within your body that forces your mind and muscles to react a certain way.
