Mount Shield Mount Shield Concentrate is a highly concentrated, water-soluble treatment designed to protect birds, hair-on hides, fur skins, and existing taxidermy mounts from damaging insects. It repels common feather, hair, and fur-eating pests such as carpet beetles, hide beetles (dermestids), moths, and their larvae. Formulated with all-natural active ingredients, Mount Shield Concentrate not only repels insects but also helps clean hair, fur, hides, and feathers by reducing food substances that attract infestations. This dual action makes it an effective preventative treatment for both new and existing mounts, plus flat hides. Mount Shield Concentrate meets the criteria for minimum risk exemption under FIFRA Regulation 40 CFR 152.25(f). Not for use on humans, pets, or farm animals.
