Magic Slide (Asphalt Release)

DESCRIPTION: Magic Slide is a custom blend combination of bio-oil that is non-flammable and biodegradable. Magic Slide is designed to penetrate into steel beds when hot asphalt comes in contact with it to create a non-stick barrier between the steel truck bed and the asphalt. This product works well with all grades of asphalt — even the sticky rubber mix. DIRECTIONS: Very economical when applying this product with a fine mist at 1/2 gallon per 18-yard trailer bed. For maximum savings this product is temporarily water soluble and can be diluted 8:1 with water. Contact your ATP rep for suggested application equipment for this product. CAUTION: Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause drying, cracking or irritation. FIRST AID PROCEDURES: EYES: Any material that contact the eye should be washed out immediately with water. If easy to do remove contact lenses. Get medical attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing. SKIN: Wash skin with soap and water. Get medical attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing. INGESTION: First aid is normally not required. However if greater than 1/2 liter (pint) ingested, seek medical attention. INHALATION: If symptomatic move to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms persist. STORAGE AND HANDLNG: No specific precautions are necessary beyond normal good hygiene practices. Store away from incompatible materials. PERSONAL PROTECTION: For open systems where contact is likely, wear safety glasses with side shields, long sleeves and chemical resistant gloves. Where contact may occur, wear safety glasses with side shields. Where concentration in air may exceed the TLV, work practice or other means of exposure reduction are not adequate.
