Tree Ornament w/ Mt Whitney within A16 logo

Quantities Limited THE SPECS: Size - 3" Diameter 1/4" Thick Leather Cord Hanger THE STORY: This fun intricately printed ornament features the A16 logo from the late 70s and throughout the 80s. This version of the logo is part of the "The Mountains are Calling" collection and frames the iconic Mt. Whitney whose peak stands at 14,508' elevation. This unique ornament has been created from a piece of log salvaged from one of the A16 shops shortly after the physical stores were closed. It was hand made and beautifully finished with care by John D. Mead.  Whether you give it as a gift or keep it for yourself, we hope it also serves to inspire all who see it to start or continue to step out of their comfort zone and as John Muir wrote, "Climb the Mountains and Get Their Good Tidings."  This item has been repurposed from a rail from a custom made shelving rack once used in an A16 shop.  Because of this, each item is unique and you should expect to find certain natural and other blemishes inc
