Bear's Stellen Blend

In the working dog world, 'stellen" is the Dutch command for attack, or bite.  So, of course we thought stellen would be the perfect name for this higher caffeine version of Bear's Breakfast Blend.  Like, one cup of Bear's Stellen Blend lets you attack your morning. Or, a mug full of Bear's Stellen Blend helps you bite Mondays in the ... You get the idea.  To boost our regular Breakfast Blend, we added high quality Robusta beans that have a higher caffeine content. We roasted these little energizer beans to a deep and never bitter flavor profile, giving you a bold, yet smooth coffee with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and a nutty finish.
