This is our take on cloning the very popular Bell's IPA. The recipe includes 2-row and light crystal malts and four ounces of Centennial hops (one for dry hopping!). It has an original gravity of 1.067, and is 6.49% by volume using our recommended "Chico ale yeast", referred to as American Ale yeast in the drop-down yeast options.
