Product Description Le Frou Frou Cologne™  is an RTU (ready-to-use) long-lasting, popular cologne. Le Frou Frou Cologne™ is an international favorite.   Le Frou Frou Cologne™ can be diluted with water for a more delicate scent.  Formulated for dogs, cats, horses, puppies, kittens, ferrets, service, therapy, rescue, and farm animals. Directions: Highly Concentrated, Professional Use Only.  For best results: Shampoo hair first.  Make sure all the conditioner has been thoroughly rinsed from the coat and allowed to dry.  Always use a sprayer or atomizer.  Lightly mist over the coat and allow to dry.  For white hair: Cologne should be diluted.  Dilute with water as desired.   *There is a 6 to 8 week lead time on all 5 gallon products not in stock.
