White Orchard

White Orchard was cultivated in the foothills of the Himalayas by over forty smallholder farmers who follow organic practices. To produce this tea, the farmers have plucked only the youngest growth on the tea plant, known as the bud. Once plucked, the buds are withered, hand-rolled, and finally dried at a low temperature.
