This kit contains felt "washers" that can be added to wheels to reduce free-wheeling. If your creeper rolls too easily, here's a solution. Kit includes 16 felt washers. This is sufficient to do 2 3-inch wheels or 4 4-inch wheels. Usually, installation on 2 wheels should provide enough friction to resist freewheeling.
