DO NOT heat up the overlay until desired placement has been met. Align the top of the overlay near or a bit over the amber delete surround (the plastic piece inside the headlight that the amber delete sits on top of). The bottom of the amber delete should rest flush with the bottom of the headlight or very close to it. Depending on how you align it initially, the tint may go over the edge, you can wrap it around the bottom of the headlight by tucking it into the groove between the headlight and bumper. Once laid the rest of the overlay should fall into place. Lay the overlay and adjust until desired placement is met. Please see the product photo for the exact placement of the headlight amber delete overlay Once placement is met, PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADHESION If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles. ** REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT** the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness. NOTE: Light Smoke and Gloss Black have PET liner, must be peeled off after install for a complete super gloss finish.
