How to Install CR-V Rear Bumper Reflector Pre-cut Overlay Tint For Best Results Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee Rinse / Soap your reflector to get rid of dust and debris before application Peel off Rear bumper reflector tint Note: if you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met. Align the overlay to the top edge of the reflector closest to outside of the bumper and guide the rest with your free hand as it lays onto the entire reflector - from outward to inner (middle of bumper). Once the overlay is lined up, the rest should fall into place, adjust as needed depending on how you lined it up. The overlay is made slightly larger to allow it to wrap around the reflector to give it a complete tinted finish. Once desired placement is met follow the below instructions. If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles - WAIT for it to cool down before reapplying. REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness. NOTE: Smoked and Light Smoke have PET liner, must be peeled off after install for a complete super gloss finish.
