Peel off the Reflector Tint Overlay. You may install it with a water and soap mixture underneath, but NOT REQUIRED. Align the Overlay at the top edge closest to the middle of the bumper or starting from the edge that points away from the middle of the bumper. Then guide the rest toward the other edge. Once aligned the rest will fall into place. Make sure you use your free hand to guide the placement and lay down the overlay from top to bottom. Ensure you have a padded card or soft glove to put on your fingers to begin applying the overlay on the light. If not, your fingers will work If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles. Post heat with heat gun or blow dryer for increased stickyness / tackiness to prevent lifting or peeling. NOTE  for Black Out, there is a thin plastic liner that needs to be removed after install.
