Daher TBM 700
The Daher TBM 700 is a single-engine turboprop aircraft that was first certified in 1990, making it the first pressurized single-engine turboprop to achieve that milestone. It was initially developed as a joint venture between SOCATA (later Daher) and Mooney Airplane Company, with the "TBM" reflecting "TB" for Tarbes (SOCATA's location in France) and "M" for Mooney. A total of 345 Daher TBM 700 aircraft were built between 1990 and 2005. This includes the TBM 700A, 700B, and 700C2 models. The TBM 700 was succeeded by the TBM 850.
