NamaSLAY Metal Yoga - Workshop

Calling all Metal Yogis for NAMASlay! Enjoy a special 75 minute Vinyasa Flow accompanied by hell raising screams, rolling guitars, drums, breath of fire, and a fierce flow. This class is designed to help you unleash your inner darkness to bring forth the light.
