800 Gallon Jacketed, Steam Heated, Pro Series Vodka Still

The drawing pictured is of our 800 gallon Jacketed, Steam Heated, Pro Series Vodka Stills. This still will produce great Whiskey, Vodka and everything in between. This Still comes with one Copper Column and one Stainless Column. The individual Plate Drain Valves in the 4 Plate Copper Whiskey Column can be opened or closed allowing for better control of flavor profiles and proof. The Dephlegmator at the top of the Whiskey Column is used to Control Proof. The 16" Diameter Stainless Steel Vodka Column has 12 bubble plates and a Dephlegmator in the top. This Still will produce 190 proof Vodka in two runs. The 4 plate Whiskey Column will produce up to 160 proof in one run. If you want to do a stripping run, you simply open the Plate Drain Valves in the Copper Whiskey Column and you bypass the Vodka Column or if you are doing a Vodka you open the bypass for the Vodka Column and you run the Vapor through both Columns.
