Party is responsible for full price if CAPE IS damaged or returned late. THERE IS A REFUNDABLE $300 ON RENTED CAPES WHEN RETURNED ONTIME AND IN SAME CONDITION.  CAPE IS NOT TO BE CLEANED WHILES IN YOUR POSSESSION.  Must be return back in same packaging after use.
