Banga palm fruit extracts is natural , free from any artificial coloring and preservatives.  Excellent for preparing palm soup, banga soup & palm stew . Canned with utmost care to give a true Nigerian traditional taste of palm soup or stew.  Ingredient: Palm fruit, water & salt. Direction: Pour desired quantity of palm extracts into prepared meat and fish Cook for 30mins  Add Oburunbebe stick, banga spice ,Atama leaves , scent leaves , other spices as desired . Cook uncovered for another 10mins and serve with fufu, rice, starch or any staple food.
