Emmivansfoods bitter leaves are washed to reduce bitterness , air dried , sand & dirt free.  Bitter leaves have  a lot of health benefits, It contains  important nutritional properties like  Potassium, Magnesium ,Iron  ,& fiber. Washed Bitter  leaves are used to  prepare bitter leaf soup ,ogbono , egusi soup and other types of dishes. Soak overnight in warm water to soften the leaves. Bitter leaves can also be cut to desired size(optional).
