ACAD9 Rabbit pAb Sizes: 20µl, 100µl Catalogue Numbers: A7798-20, A7798-100 Citations, Manuals and SDS Available upon request. Background: This gene encodes a member of the acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family. Members of this family of proteins localize to the mitochondria and catalyze the rate-limiting step in the beta-oxidation of fatty acyl-CoA. The encoded protein is specifically active toward palmitoyl-CoA and long-chain unsaturated substrates. Mutations in this gene cause acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family member type 9 deficiency. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Synonyms: NPD002; MC1DN20; ACAD9 GeneID: 28976 Swiss-Prot: Q9H845 Reactivity: Human, Mouse Calculated Molecular Weight: 69kDa Observed Molecular Weight: 69kDa Immunogen: Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human ACAD9 (NP_054768.2). Immunogen Species: Human Host: Rabbit Isotype: IgG Purity: Affinity purification Tested Applications: ELISA,
