ACAT1 Rabbit mAb - A24813
ACAT1 Rabbit mAb Sizes: 20µl, 100µl Catalogue Numbers: A24813-20, A24813-100 Citations, Manuals and SDS Available upon request. Background: This gene encodes a mitochondrially localized enzyme that catalyzes the reversible formation of acetoacetyl-CoA from two molecules of acetyl-CoA. Defects in this gene are associated with 3-ketothiolase deficiency, an inborn error of isoleucine catabolism characterized by urinary excretion of 2-methyl-3-hydroxybutyric acid, 2-methylacetoacetic acid, tiglylglycine, and butanone. Synonyms: T2; MAT; ACAT; THIL; ACAT1 GeneID: 38 Swiss-Prot: P24752 Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat Tested Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC-P, IF/ICC Calculated Molecular Weight: 45kDa Observed Molecular Weight: 42kDa Immunogen: Recombinant Protein corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 34-427 of human ACAT1(NM_000019.4). Immunogen Species: Human Host: Rabbit Isotype: IgG Purity: Affinity purification Storage Buffer: Store at -20℃. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles
