ACAT2 Rabbit mAb - A1399
ACAT2 Rabbit mAb Sizes: 20µl, 100µl Catalogue Numbers: A1399-20, A1399-100 Citations, Manuals and SDS Available upon request. Background: The product of this gene is an enzyme involved in lipid metabolism, and it encodes cytosolic acetoacetyl-CoA thiolase. This gene shows complementary overlapping with the 3-prime region of the TCP1 gene in both mouse and human. These genes are encoded on opposite strands of DNA, as well as in opposite transcriptional orientation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Synonyms: ACAT2; acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase 2 GeneID: 39 Swiss-Prot: Q9BWD1 Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat Tested Applications: ELISA, WB Calculated Molecular Weight: 41kDa Observed Molecular Weight: 41kDa Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150-250 of human ACAT2 (Q9BWD1). Immunogen Species: Human Host: Rabbit Isotype: IgG Purity: Affinity purification Storage Buffer
